In 1995, as a director of CBC Marquees Ltd I was becoming increasingly concerned with the problems of keeping our covers clean.

Scrubbing them on the floor was slow, labour intensive, and took up a lot of space.

Sending them away was expensive and you couldn't always have them cleaned when you wanted. The alternative was purchasing a machine, and at that time there was only one the market, and that cost over £150,000.

I decided then to build my own machine, it had to be affordable, strongly constructed, simple to use & require minimum maintenance yet clean the covers to an acceptable level faster and cheaper than the current method.
