The HN5000TT washing machine is designed to take 5 metre width covers.

Wider machines can be constructed if required.

At the Control Panel

1. The master switch activates the control panel.

2. Power up the Hydraulic System. This also starts the oil cooler circulating pump.

3. Select the operating speed.

At the loading position

1. Start the donor bar chain drive. The chain drive has an override stop and start. It passes a point at the loading position where it stops. When the cover to be washed is clipped on the start button activates the chain drive.

The HN5000TT has 3 speed settings, which can be set by the operator.
