Twin tanks produce cleaner covers
Unlike other machines the HN5000TT does not simply give a quick spray followed by a scrub.
The first tank washes
In the HN5000TT a dirty cover will spend up to a minute fully immersed in the detergent solution thus giving the chemical sufficient time to work. To further aid the chemical process, the detergent tank is heated.
The detergent solution will remain in the tank and be used for numerous covers, thus reducing the detergent costs.
The second tank rinses
For good results a cover also has to be rinsed well in fresh water and all residue of detergent and mucky water removed.
It then passes between sprays for its second rinse.
The cover then starts its drying stage, going through a second set of brushes designed to “flick off” excess water.
From there it then passes between air knives which blow air at the rate of 3,500 sq ft/minute at an angle down the cover to remove any moisture still remaining.
“The Havencrown HN5000TT can wash a 50 metre cover in less than 30 minutes”.
• The HN5000TT is easy to operate and maintain with low running costs
The fully automated Havencrown HN5000TT is constructed throughout with stainless steel and is designed to clean any length cover.
