1 x 0.25Kw driving the carriage.

1 x 0.9Kw pump supplying the spray nozzles and filtration system.

Air Drying System.
3 Phase 5.5Kw electric motor driving a 400 BL 100 direct drive fan through air ducts.
Independent oil fired heater.

At the control panel,

  1. Turn on main Power.
  2. Start the brushes.
  3. Start the Fan for drying.
  4. Start the top roller.
  5. Set the desired speed for the washing process.
  6. Stop the top roller to detatch or attach a sheet
